Taucho is a cloud-based streaming automation platform that monitors your live streaming channels across multiple platforms (YouTube, Twitch, NicoNico) and automatically triggers actions on connected smart devices based on stream events such as comments, donations, reactions, and audience engagement.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Taucho. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You may revoke Taucho's access to your streaming accounts at any time through your platform's settings. Upon revocation, we will cease monitoring and cease access to your channel data.
You represent and warrant that you own or have authorization to control all smart devices you register with Taucho. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of these devices complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
By registering a smart device, you authorize Taucho to send commands to that device based on the conditions and triggers you configure. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for device malfunctions or unintended actions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that automated device triggers do not create safety hazards. This includes ensuring that:
You must comply with the terms and conditions of all smart device manufacturers and platforms you integrate. We assume no responsibility for device compatibility, performance, or adherence to manufacturer specifications.

We automatically monitor stream chat messages and viewer interactions to identify trigger conditions. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your streaming content and audience interactions will be processed by our systems.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through your streams. We do not monitor or control user-generated content, stream content, or viewer interactions. You must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies regarding your streaming content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for streams or conditions that involve:
All content on Taucho, including but not limited to software, documentation, graphics, design, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Taucho and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit this content without our express written permission.
By using Taucho, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display any data or configurations you input into our Service, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Taucho may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. Intellectual property rights for those services are owned by their respective owners. We claim no rights to third-party content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAUCHO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Taucho may offer paid subscriptions with automatic renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You must notify us of any billing disputes or unauthorized charges within 60 days. We will investigate disputed charges in accordance with applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us and describing the issue in detail.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or Taucho shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall be held in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed.
